The Edit Profile section allows you to make changes to your personal information and settings within Bucketlist.
Depending on the company account permissions, you may have access to changing the following information:
- First Name, Last Name. This shows on various parts of the platform such as on recognitions, awards, the Leaderboard, My Profile, Community, Nominations and Events tabs.
- Email. Your email (and password) are used for logging in to the Bucketlist platform. Additionally, you will receive email notifications when you are recognized, given an award or for redemptions under the Redeem section.
- Password. Your password (and email) are your login credentials.
- Profile Photo. This shows beside your name in the above-mentioned areas.
- About. This shows under the Community tab and is a great way for you and your colleagues to get to know one another.
- Time Zone. This ensures any events created by your team show up at the correct time for you.
- Country. This is used for redeeming rewards under the Redeem section.
- Opting out of birthday and/or service anniversary awards. Your company may have birthday and/or service anniversary awards set up. You can opt out of either or both of these awards if you don't wish to receive them. It is important to note that if there are any rewards attached to the recognition (points, gift cards etc.), you will not receive these rewards at all.
To access your Edit Profile section on the web platform or the Bucketlist app:
- Select the drop-down menu in the top right corner
- Select the Edit Profile button from the menu
- On this page, you will see your profile and the current data
- From here, you can change any fields that are not greyed out. For areas that are greyed out (potentially First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, Country), please get in touch with your HR Administrator for assistance in changing this information
- Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes
