How do I redeem for a Reward in the Marketplace?

  1. Your Rewards Marketplace can be found in the "Redeem" tab on the left hand side of the page
  2. After clicking into the "Redeem" tab, you will see your Marketplace organized into tabs of different types of Rewards (Featured, Gift Card, Experiences, Donations, etc.). You can click on each item to see a longer description and other important information. 
  3.  Once you have decided, click on the Reward you'd like, and select "Redeem"
  4. After you hit “Redeem”, a pop-up menu will appear where you can select which denomination you would like 
  5. A second pop up will appear with disclaimer information, and a check box confirming “[you] understand that  e-gift cards are non-refundable and will be delivered to the email shown above”, with a second “Redeem” button at the bottom of this message
  6. A message will appear confirming that your redemption was successful

  7. Within the next few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox from Bucketlist which references your redemption
  8. The process will proceed as follows depending on which category of redemption you selected:
    1. If Automatic Gift Card (e.g., Amazon, VISA/Mastercard Prepaid, Lululemon - large, international retailers):
      1. An email with a link and access code will be sent to your inbox within ~ an hour.
    1. If Experience or Manual Gift Card (e.g. Bungee Jumping, or gift card for smaller/local retailer):
      1. Allow up to three business days for delivery of your item or for a Bucketlist team member to reach out for any needed details. If a date is required to book your experience, please keep in mind it may take up to 3 business days for your voucher/tickets to arrive after you have replied with your chosen date.
    2. If  Company Swag/Items (e.g. branded Sweatshirt, branded coffee tumbler): 
      1. Allow for up to three business days for a Bucketlist team member to reach out for relevant details (i.e. shipping, any preference details)
    3. If Company Specific/PTO (e.g. ½ day off, lunch with the CEO):
      1. Your team (HR or your Bucketlist Champion)  will reach out to you to fulfill your redemption. If you have not heard from them, please either reach out to them, or contact us at support@bucketlistrewards.com
