Engagement Data Point Overview
The Dashboard is a quick summary of different engagement data points happening on your platform. This is a great way to see how your platform performs over a specific timeframe.
How To View The Dashboard:
- Select the drop-down menu in the top right corner
- Select Dashboard
- From this page, you can view your platform's different engagement data points (click here to learn more about the engagement data points)

You will see the following engagement data points on the Dashboard page:
- Engagement Dashboard Graph
- Recognition by Managers
- Recognition Given
- Awards Given
- Recognition Received
- Awards Received
- Core Values Pie Chart
- Outline of each core value
- Upcoming Birthdays
- Upcoming Work Anniversaries
Engagement Dashboard Graph
This graph shows you various engagement data depending on the settings selected for the selected time period (monthly or weekly).
The first option is Engagement. This showcases the overall engagement for the platform during the selected time period. This is a great way to see the baseline and which months were higher or lower engagement.
The second option is Recognitions. This showcases the recognition engagement occurring during the select time frame.
The third option is Awards. This showcases the number of awards given out during the selected time period.
The final option is Comments. This showcases the overall comments that were posted during the select time period.
Recognition by Managers, Recognition Given, Awards Given
These three sections showcase the top givers in their respective sections. It also shows how many were given and the total amount of points given out. This is a great place to see what managers and employees are giving the most recognition and awards.
Recognition Received, Awards Received
These sections showcase the people who are receiving the most recognitions and awards along with the points attached to them.
Core Values Pie Chart, Outline of Each Core Value
The Core Values Pie Chart allows you to see which company core values are being attached to recognition the most. This can be really helpful to share with your leadership team to share which core values are being lived out on a day-to-day basis and which ones might need more attention.
You can also see each individual core value and which users are being recognized the most for those core values.
Upcoming Birthdays, Upcoming Work Anniversaries
Lastly, you can see the upcoming birthday and work anniversaries under these sections. This is a great place to come regularly to be reminded of those upcoming milestones.
