How Do I Download and View Reports?
Reports are a great way to see a variety of things going on within your platform. These reports range from user information, recognition and reward stats, redeemable points in bank and more. Curious about what reports you can download? Click here.
How To Download Reports
- Select the drop-down menu in the top right corner
- Select Reports
- From this page, select the Choose a report to generate drop-down menu in the middle of the page
- Select the report you wish to download
- If available, select the applicable dates or data to include in the report
- Select Generate Report
- The report will generate and be sent to your email account associated with your Bucketlist account
- From there, you can download and view the report
Reports are emailed to your email account associated with your Bucketlist platform and can take up to 15 minutes to be received. The report will be in .csv format and can be opened in a spreadsheet like Excel.

What Reports Can I Download?
You are able to download the following reports:
- Nominations Report. This report outlines all of the award nominations submitted during the selected dates. This is great to use to see nominations for awards.
Data points include: the nominator name, nominee name, groups, award name & reason for nomination. - User Information Report. This lists all the users of the platform (active or deleted) with their birthdays and work anniversaries.
Data points include: first name, last name, email address, permission level, role, birthdate, employment start date, and if applicable, group information, supervisorID and more. - Awards Report. This report shows all the awards given out during the two dates specified.
Data points include: the award receiver, award giver, award message & the date of the award. - Engagement Report. This lists employee engagement between the dates selected.
Data points include: last usage date, first usage date, last recognition given, first name, last name, permission level - Recognition Report. This is used to see all of the recognition on the platform between the selected dates. You can also select to include any automatic or manual awards.
Data points include: Recognition description, giver, receiver, permission, points attached, if it was an award or recognition, date and more. - Redeemable Points in Bank. This report lists the employee's respective redeemable points in bank at the current time (both active and deleted users). This is useful to see how much of your rewards float has not been cashed in yet.
Data points include: first name, last name, redeemable points in bank - Redemptions Report. This report shows all of the redemptions that happened between the selected dates. Finance teams might reference this report for tax purposes.
Data points include: first name, last name, name of rewards redeemed, category of reward (gift card, experience, company-specific), the date of the redemption, points used to redeem, value of reward in $ - No Login Report. This lists all the users who have not logged into the platform yet. This is useful, especially at the beginning of the program, to see which employees have not logged in.
Data points included: first name, last name, email - Recognition Count Report. This indicates how many recognitions and awards a user has given out or received between the selected dates.
Data points included: givers name, receivers name, recognition count, awards count
- Points Left to Give Report. This report will show the remaining points available for every user in the platform (both active/inactive users). This is useful to keep track of point usage within the platform. Consequently being a great indicator of engagement.
Data points included: First name, Last name, email, user roles, points left to give, last increase date, last increase amount
