Disclaimer: Please note Visa and Mastercards are available to use in certain countries due to e-commerce restrictions. Before you redeem, please read the fine print to confirm the card can be used in your country or email support@bucketlistrewards.com. 

Note: Virtual Mastercard and Visa Prepaid Cards can be requested as Physical cards for those in the US and Canada for a $3 processing fee taken off the balance of the card. Please view step 5 onwards below.

Note: Visa prepaid cards are not mobile wallet compatible, Mastercard prepaid cards are mobile wallet compatible. 

Steps you need to take after redeeming your points in Bucketlist for a prepaid Visa or Mastercard

If you have redeemed your points for a Prepaid Mastercard or Visa via Bucketlist, you will receive an Email and will be required to follow the steps below:

  1. Email you should receive will look similar to the below example:

2. As soon as you see this email - click on the redemption link 

3.You will then be redirected to myprepaidcenter.com/redeem and asked to redeem your code (found in the email above). Enter the code and click "Redeem Code"

 

4. Once you press "Redeem Code", you will be directed to this page to enter in your details to register the card. Click Activate at the end:

5. You will then have a pop-up that shows your card details. You can save this, click to View Card Details, or Close. **Note: Please click View Card Details to choose a physical card option. 

6. When you click "View Card Details" you will be able to view the Fees & Cardholder Agreement, FAQs, Request a physical plastic card, set/reset your pin, or contact my prepaid center. You can also view the transaction history here. 

Note: Mastercards can also be added to your digital wallet at this step by clicking "Add to Wallet"

7. To choose a physical card: Please select "Request plastic card". This will take you to a page confirming your address details as inputted prior, and allow you to select to "Send my Card". 

Please Note: There is a $3 fee for choosing the physical card to cover shipping costs (taken off the card balance). Physical cards will be delivered in 7-10 business days in the US and Canada. Physical cards are NOT available in international countries (not US/Canada). Physical cards are shipped in a plain white envelope with no tracking information for security purposes. 


8. You will receive a confirmation email from My Prepaid Center (as seen on the image below) Please do not delete this email. You can access your card details at a later date by either clicking on the link in the confirmation email, as well as transaction history. 



If you click on “retrieve card number”  in the email you will then be sent here:

Please check your text/email for the verification code (just in case, double check your spam folder). The verification code will be sent to the phone number or email address that you used during the redemption process (if this email is invalid, you won't be able receive the code). 

 

9. Once verified you will be taken to your card details where you will be able to see your card number, expiry date & CVV, or again request the physical card. 

 


You’ll need your card information when you go to make your online purchase with your Virtual Visa Card.
