Troubleshooting Login Issues - Invalid Email/password.

I can't login; it says my information is invalid. What should I do?

If you're encountering difficulties logging in and receiving an "invalid email" message, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Correct Email:

1. Verify Email: Confirm that you are using the correct email address associated with your account. Remember that your information is pulled from the HR database, and accounts can be created with either your work or personal email.


If you are unsure which email address is associated with your account, please reach out to your HR team for confirmation.

 

Reset Password:

2. Reset Password for Bucketlist passwords: This step is only applicable if your company uses Bucketlist passwords and does not use single-sign-on (SSO). If you use SSO, please refer to point 3 below.

If you are certain about the correct email but still can't log in, visit the Forgot your password? link to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for the reset email/link. Ensure there are no spaces before or after your email and password when logging in.

3. Reset Password for single-sign-on (SSO): This step is only applicable if your company uses single-sign-on (SSO) and does not use the Bucketlist passwords. If you use a Bucketlist password, please refer to point 2 above.

If you are certain about the correct email but still can't log in, please connect with your HR and/or IT team to receive assistance in resetting your SSO password. This can only be done on your end and cannot be reset through Bucketlist.
