Note: Bucketlist redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.
Experiences
Experience redemptions are usually sent out within 3 business days to your profile email, or a follow up email by our Bucketlist redemptions team will be sent to you for more information required to book the experience.
Experience refunds/exchanges depend on our vendor policies for the experience. Please reach out to Bucketlist support if you require a refund/exchange due to an extenuating circumstance.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are usually sent out automatically, or within 3 business days, to your profile email.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, not exchangeable, and are final sale.
If you are having an issue with receiving or using a gift card, please reach out to Bucketlist support, or the issuer of the gift card.
Swag
Swag redemptions usually have a follow up email sent within 3 business days of redeeming by our Bucketlist redemptions team to your profile email. Swag redemptions normally require an address to ship to, and for apparel a size and sometimes color choice.
Swag redemptions are custom, made to order, and are non-refundable or exchangeable due to sizing concerns. If you have an issue with the quality, or a misprint occurs, please do reach out to Bucketlist support for further information.
Company Specific - Company fulfilled items
Company fulfilled items are usually sent out by your company team. These could be company specific swag items, or items that we are not able to offer via our vendors.
For these items, returns/refunds and exchanges would need to be discussed further with your internal fulfillment team.

Amazon
Amazon items are usually shipped out to your home address via Amazon.
We apologize that your order isn't meeting your expectations, but we're here to assist you. Please be aware that returns are subject to Amazon's Return Policy specific to your country. Make sure to review the Amazon policies applicable to your location, US Return Policy , CA Return Policy
If you exceed the designated time frame outlined in your region's return policy, we may not be able to process your return request.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bucketlistrewards.com and provide the following information:
- Your first and last name as well as the name of your organization
- The date on which you placed your order
- The order number you received in the confirmation email of the item(s) you need to return.
- The reason you need to return the item(s)
example: the item was damaged, wrong colour, wrong size, etc.
