How do I return my Amazon gift package?

If you exceed the designated time frame outlined in your region's return policy, we may not be able to process your return request.

To initiate a return, please contact us at and provide the following information: 

  1. Your first and last name as well as the name of your organization
  2. The date on which you placed your order
  3. The order number you received in the confirmation email of the item(s) you need to return.
  4. The reason you need to return the item(s)
    example: the item was damaged, wrong colour, wrong size, etc.

Once we receive the above information and process your return, our support team will email you a return label. You'll need to use this label to ship the item back to Amazon by dropping it off at your local post office. Upon receiving the returned item, an Amazon gift card will be sent to you.

Please note that the points used for the purchase are non-refundable and the return process cannot be completed until the item is shipped to Amazon.


Items That You Can't Return

There are some items purchased on Amazon that you can't return due to Amazon's return policy.

  • Digital subscriptions after they have been accessed.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Grocery items.
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gasses.
  • Live insects.
  • Pet food and similar products.

  • Open software.
  • Products missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Some health and personal care orders.
