My gift card doesn’t work
In most cases, you will receive a resolution faster if you reach out to the retailer directly with details about the issue you’re experiencing. Some items that are helpful to include in your message:
- Where you tried to use the gift card (in person use vs. online)
- If online: which browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox etc.)
- What country you’re purchasing from
- Any error code generated
