My gift card doesn’t work

In most cases, you will receive a resolution faster if you reach out to the retailer directly with details about the issue you’re experiencing as they issue the gift cards. Some items that are helpful to include in your message:

• Where you tried to use the gift card (in person use vs. online)
• If online: which browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox etc.)
• What country you’re purchasing from
• Any error code generated
