This article provides help on what to do if you haven't received your physical prepaid card yet.
The shipment and delivery of the physical prepaid cards is managed by My Prepaid Center.
You would receive an email when your card ships to let you know it’s on the way. You should get this email within just a few business days of making your choice. Then, allow standard mailing timeframes for your card to arrive.
The estimated delivery time for physical cards is typically about 2 weeks, and all cards are shipped in plain white envelopes. These are shipped by default via USPS without any tracking.
You can also expedite the delivery of the physical prepaid card for an additional $20 fee taken off the card balance. This upgrades the shipping method to UPS with tracking and estimated delivery timeline would be 3-6 business days.
