Where is my physical prepaid card?

The shipment and delivery of the physical prepaid vouchers is managed by Prepaid Digital Solutions.

You would receive an email when your card ships to let you know it’s on the way. You should get this email within just a few business days of making your choice. Then, allow standard mailing timeframes for your card to arrive.

The estimated delivery time for physical cards ranges from 15 to 25 business days. For cards shipped within the United States, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days.

If your card hasn't arrived within the standard time frame, please refer to the website below and phone numbers provided below to contact the prepaid card vendor. Use the phone number corresponding to the currency of your prepaid card.
