You can expect your Redemption within three business days, though the vast majority of rewards will arrive within an hour of ordering. This timeline is dependent on what kind of reward you redeemed for (see below). Please also note that during busy times, namely the winter holidays and ends of quarters, it may take longer to deliver your reward.
- Gift Cards: 90% of our gift cards are ordered automatically after you redeem, and an access code will be sent directly to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder as these messages can sometimes be diverted. Some gift cards for smaller retailers are purchased on your behalf manually - please allow for three business days for delivery or for a Bucketlist team member to reach out for any needed details.
- Experiences: Please allow for up to 3 business days to receive your Experience voucher, or for a Bucketlist team member to reach out for any necessary details (e.g., date of visit).
- Company Swag: Please allow for up to 3 business days for a Bucketlist team member to contact you for shipping or preference details.
- Company Specific Rewards/PTO: These rewards are administered by your HR team and/or internal Bucketlist Champion. If you have not received any details on your redemption, please contact your admin.
