You can expect your Redemption within three business days, though the vast majority of rewards will arrive within an hour of ordering. This timeline is dependent on what kind of reward you redeemed for (see below). Please note that during busy times, particularly during the winter holidays and end of quarters, it may take longer to deliver your reward.
- Gift Cards: 90% of our gift cards are processed automatically after you redeem. The gift card and/or access code will be sent to your email associated with your Bucketlist account. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Some gift cards may be purchased on your behalf manually by our rewards team - please allow for up to three business days for delivery or for a Bucketlist team member to reach out to you for any necessary details for the redemption.
- Experiences: Please allow for up to 3 business days to receive your Experience voucher, or for a Bucketlist team member to reach out to you for any necessary details for the redemption.(e.g., date of visit).
- Company Swag: Please allow for up to 3 business days for a Bucketlist team member to contact you for shipping information, size or preference details.
- Company Specific Rewards/PTO: These rewards are administered by your HR team and/or internal Bucketlist Champion. If you have not received any details on your redemption, please contact your program administrator or contact support@bucketlistrewards.com and we can direct you to the right person on your team.
