'I have received an award or recognition but I can't see it in my account when I click on the link from the email notification.'
When this happens, a common issue is the user has duplicate accounts in the Bucketlist platform and the award or recognition was given out to the duplicate account. In order to access the award or recognition, the accounts will need to be merged. Please reach out to your HR team first to confirm the duplicate account. The Bucketlist support team can then help you merge these accounts. Simply have your Admin email support@bucketlistrewards.com.
