      What's the difference between service and anniversary points?

      I didn't receive points for my anniversary.

      Anniversary Awards:

      • Anniversary awards are designed to be given every year on the employee's employment anniversary.
      • Unlike service awards that are issued on Milestone years (1,5,15,-50 years), anniversary awards maybe given without points, serving as a recognition of each year of employment.

      Next Steps:

      2. Check Service Years: Ensure that your service years are accurately reflected in your profile. If there are discrepancies, contact your HR team to review and update the information.
