      How to Launch the Program

      The following article describes how to launch Bucketlist Rewards and Recognition at your Company

      Step-by-step guide to launching the program:

      Live/ In-person Launch:

      1. Send out a communication announcement at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance of the program launch, letting your employees know about the exciting new program and its benefits and goals.
      2. For the day of the launch it is ideal, if you can tie it into an all hands meeting, where all staff are in attendance.
      3. At the meeting, explain to your team why the organization is rolling out the program e.g. "we want to recognize all the great work happening and acknowledge our team's contributions and achievements".
      4. Give a short demo on the platform.
      • For example, showcase how easy it is to give a recognition.
      • Showcase how and when awards will be distributed (Years of Service, Birthdays, Spot Awards, etc. - as applicable to your unique program).
      • Showcase all of the exciting rewards available in the "Redeem" section. Explain there's a reward that suits everyone's unique preference and how the redemption process works.
      • If applicable, ask your staff to recognize a colleague or peer in the meeting - it's great to encourage your team to try it out during launch so they get comfortable and see how easy the platform is to use).
      • Wrap up with a Q&A session.

      Virtual launch

      In some cases, you may not be able to tie the launch to a company all hands meeting. In this event, it's still important to announce the program.

      Here are some tips to launching the program.

      1. Send out an announcement 2 weeks in advance of the program, letting your employees know about the exciting new program 
      2. The day before launch send out a short reminder email
      • Include info on how the program will work at your company (e.g. Years of Service, Birthdays, Peer to Peer)
      • Describe some of the awesome "rewards" available in the marketplace.

      3.The day of the launch, send out a short email letting your team know that the program is officially live, check their email for their invite to login and to start giving out recognition to their peers.
