Support Form
The new online support form should be used for all support requests and ticket submissions.
Key features of the support form include:
- The ability to add your company name to the ticket for quicker processing
- The selection of a Support Category (e.g., technical issue, billing, feature request)
- The option to attach screenshots or other files to provide context
- Email confirmation of ticket submission, including a ticket number to reference
To submit a Support Form/Ticket:
- Access the Support form through the platform “support” link and then click “Contact Support” from the Help Center or directly at https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/en/knowledge/kb-tickets/new or click here
- Fill in the necessary fields- fields marked with an asterisk are required
- Include as much detailed information in the description as you can for easier understanding of your ticket
- You can also include a screenshot or file upload at the bottom of the form
- Click Submit
- Once you submit your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number for reference. Bucketlist support strives to answer any support requests within 1 business day.
