Awards Catalog

This article will outline the new awards catalog feature and how to use it for those with access to creating awards

If you would like to have the awards catalog available on your platform, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or support (support@bucketlistrewards.com). 

 

The awards catalog allows admins to easily add common awards based on their business category, and award type to their platform award options. This makes creating new awards easier, and also provides many common awards that your industry could make use of. 

 

To access the awards catalog, any admin will be able to view this from the "Awards" page in the admin dropdown menu. 

Once in the awards section, you will then see a tab entitled "Award Catalog": 

Here you have the ability to search the awards catalog depending on business category, award category, and search bar feature. 

Each award in the catalog has a title, description, and award type (achievement (trophy icon) - if you have achievements available, or manual award (badge icon)). You can also easily favorite awards. 

To add an award from the awards catalog to your platform, click into the award row. This will provide a pop-up of more information about the award- description, benefits, and default reward points. You can still customize this award once it is added to your platform. 

Click "Add this award" 

You will then have a pop-up of the award creation process as normal, with the award you selected pre-filled in template. Here, you can customize the award to your platform and change anything you wish. Then click, create.  

This award will now display in your "Awards" tab.

Note: Once you have added this to your own awards list this award will be live to use. If it is an automated award, this award will start being distributed depending on the trigger you have chosen.
