- Sales Superstar Award - Quarterly Award for a salesperson who exceeds the highest quota
- Outstanding Contribution to the Quarter Award - Team member with outstanding performance in the quarter
- Employee of the Month/Quarter/Year - Given to the star employee of the Month/Quarter/Year
- Spot Bonus Award - Given to the employee who does a great job. Usually given out by their Manager

- WOW Award - Given to an employee who goes above and beyond, either internally or externally (open to nominations)
- Leadership Award - Given to an individual who has been promoted to leadership roles (e.g., department head, medical director), has shown successful team management and collaboration, or implemented an effective leadership strategy resulting in improved team morale and performance
- Bridge-builder Award - For whoever best unites everybody in your workplace. Or it could be specifically for whoever best unites the people who are working remotely in a hybrid workplace with the people who are working in your office
- Extended Neck Award, or the Pot-Stirrer Award - For whoever asks the most challenging questions of your senior management team as a way to encourage people to ask those tough, challenging questions.

- Teamwork Award - Employee who demonstrates teamwork and caring for one another (open to nominations)
- Above and Beyond Award - Given to the employee who goes above their role to help others
- I Got Your Back Award - for whoever best looks out for each other’s safety at work
- Bonehead Play of the Month Award - Where you reward somebody for owning up to their bonehead move. This is a great way to de-stress somebody who had some stress in their life because they did something that was a little boneheaded, but also a great way to encourage people to own their bonehead plays so that we can all learn from them and not repeat them!
- Community Engagement Achievement - Given to an individual who is involved in community outreach and engagement initiatives, participated in local construction or infrastructure development projects or demonstrated a commitment to community well-being through construction activities
- The One With Contributions to the Team - Acknowledge an individual who consistently contributes to effective teamwork. Like the iconic Central Perk couch, you've always managed to find this person there for the team. Highlight a specific instance where the employee collaborated seamlessly, shared knowledge, and contributed to a harmonious team dynamic.

Honoring employees who generate innovative ideas, contribute to process improvements, and drive positive change within the organization.
- Innovation Award - Contributes to innovation, ideas, or new projects at the company
- Process-Driven Award - Employee who implements new processes in their department
- WOW Award - Given to an employee who goes above and beyond, either internally or externally (open to nominations)
- Houdini Award - For whoever magically makes a big problem disappear!
- Almost Hit It Out of the Ballpark Award - to whoever tried a new idea but it didn’t quite work this time, but you want to reward people for their creativity, for their innovation, for taking a safe risk!
