How Can I Add Additional Marketplace Items to our Platform?
This article will describe how can you add additional items to the platform marketplace/redeem section.
Normally, adding marketplace options will require a platform admin reaching out to our support team (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or your dedicated customer support manager.
Your feedback is essential in shaping our offerings, and we appreciate your involvement in enhancing the marketplace experience. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our support team at Support@bucketlistrewards.com.
Are you a platform user wishing for more marketplace options?
Consider reaching out to your HR team or company admin. They might have the authority to explore the possibility of adding new options to the company marketplace or a specific reward category.
Gift Cards
Currently, our gift cards are all provided through our specified vendors. You can view all gift cards for your user country through the redeem section of the platform, under "Gift Cards".
You can search gift cards by keywords.

To request to add new gift card options, you can reach out to our support team (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or your dedicated Customer Success Manager, and we can check if they are available through our vendors.
Note: If these are not available through our vendors, we would not be able to add them as a new option unless as a company specific option.
We do update the gift card catalog as new gift cards come available through our vendors, as well.
Experiences
Currently, our experience offerings are all provided through our specified vendors. You can view all experiences for your user country through the redeem section of the platform, under "Experiences".
You can also search by experience keywords, location, near you, or by points required.

To request new experiences to be added, you can reach out to our support team (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or your dedicated Customer Success Manager, and we can check if they are available through our vendors. Normally, for experiences it is best to provide the location you are looking for and we can see if any new options are available in your location.
Note: If these are not available through our vendors, we would not be able to add them as a new option unless as a company specific option.
Company Specific
Company specific marketplace items are items that are normally fulfilled internally by your team, not by Bucketlist.
If you would like a new company specific option added, please have your admin team reach out to our support team (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or dedicated Customer Success Manager, and we can update the offerings from the admin request.

Swag options will appear in the redeem section of the platform if your platform has this option. This will appear either under the company specific or swag categories.
If you wish to have swag items updated/added, please have your admin team reach out to our support team (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or dedicated Customer Success Manager, and we can update the offerings from the admin request.

Evertreen
Evertreen is our environmental social governance (ESG) partner.
Through this partnership, employees can redeem their recognition points on Bucketlist for tree planting initiatives, turning their achievements into impactful contributions toward environmental sustainability!
If you would like Evertreen added to your platform, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager to discuss further!
Amazon
Bucketlist also has an integration with the Amazon marketplace, which would appear in the redeem section of the platform if you have this option.
