Can't access Award or Recognition

'I have received an award or recognition but I can't see it in my account when I click on the link from the email notification.'

When this happens, a common issue is the user has duplicate accounts in the Bucketlist platform and the award or recognition was given out to the duplicate account. In order to access the award or recognition, the accounts will need to be merged. You can reach out to the Bucketlist support team to have them do this for you, simply just email support@bucketlistrewards.com.
