I can’t find my gift card/I haven’t received my Redemption

I can’t find my gift card

While most of our gift cards are processed automatically, please keep in mind that gift cards to smaller/local retailers are often purchased manually on your behalf by the Bucketlist team. Please allow for up to three business days for delivery. 


Our automatic gift cards can sometimes be diverted to Spam or other folders. If you think you should have received your gift card, please follow these steps to locate:

  1. Check your Spam folder, or equivalents in your organization
  2. Search your inbox for the sender: noreply@tangocard.com
  3. Search your inbox for the name of the retailer you chose for your gift card

If you still cannot locate your card, please contact support@bucketlistrewards.com and we will be happy to help. 

 

I haven’t received my redemption

If three business days have passed and you haven’t received your redemption, please read on depending on the category of your redemption:


Experience

  • Search your inbox/spam folder for any message from concierge@bucketlist.org - we may have reached out regarding any necessary details for your experience 
  • Search your inbox for info@send.virginexperiencegifts.com or lookafterme@xperiencedays.com  these are the emails that many of our Experience vouchers are sent from 
  • Search your inbox for the title of your Experience redemption (e.g., “Skydive Toronto”)
  • If you haven’t found anything,  please contact support@bucketlistrewards.com and we’ll investigate and get your Redemption to you ASAP

Company Swag:

  • Search your inbox/spam folder for any message from concierge@bucketlist.org - we may have reached out regarding any necessary details (shipping, size etc.) for your item(s)
  • If you haven’t found anything,  please contact support@bucketlistrewards.com and we’ll investigate and get your item(s) ordered for you ASAP. 

Company Specific Rewards/PTO:

  • Please reach out to your Bucketlist Champion, HR Team, or program administrator. If you’re not sure who to contact, please reach out to support@bucketlistrewards.com
