This article will go over the Insights tab in Bucketlist and provide some FAQs

What are the insights dashboards? 

Insights currently contains two dashboards. You can navigate between the dashboards using the tabs at the top. 

The Recognitions Dashboard shows a company-wide view of the recognitions flowing through your organization, including a summary of recognitions for all time, and a departmental breakdown for the last year.

The Manager Dashboard allows you to dig deeper into the recognitions happening in each team. Use the dropdowns at the top to change which team you are focused on, and to change the time scale that you would like to view.

How often is the data refreshed?

The data is refreshed overnight every day.

How do the visuals handle recognitions to more than one recipient?

A recognition to 4 people is considered to be 4 recognitions, both from the point of view of recognitions given, and recognitions received

How long do Insights sessions last?

Note that interactive features may stop working after 30 minutes. We will improve this soon. Meanwhile, please reload the page if you have it open for longer than 30 minutes.

Are Insights available on mobile?

The dashboards are designed for wide screens, so they are not available at this time on mobile.

Can I download the data?

For many of the visuals, you will see options to download the connected data as CSV.

I am seeing, or not seeing, some teams that I expect to see.

We try to filter out teams that are too small or that seem irrelevant for the dashboards, but we can customize which teams are appropriate for your case, by selecting a subset of the available teams to be available in Insights. I am having trouble interpreting some of the visuals presented.

There are explanatory labels for many of our visuals, but we realize that some of the displays can be a little technical. We try to find a balance of including explanations and not adding too much text clutter to the dashboards. If you think some visuals could be explained better, please let us know. What are the industry benchmarks?

Our industry benchmarks are based on an aggregate analysis of Bucketlist data.
