Batch Awards offers a convenient way to streamline the distribution of large volumes of awards at once for efficient and organized recognitions. Batch Awards are usually created on special occasions such as **Employee Appreciation Day, Thanksgiving award, Christmas/Holiday Award, Company-wide achievements.** This article outlines steps to take for efficient batch awards recognition.   **Step 1: Create a Standard Award:** Before initiating the batch award process, it is necessary to create a standard award. Please [click here for a step by step guide on how to create a Standard Award.](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/en/knowledge/how-do-i-create-a-standard-award?hsLang=en)   **Step 2: Initiate Batch Award Process:** Now that you have a standard award in place, to ensure a smooth batch award process, you need to provide your dedicated Customer Success Manager with some specific information. This typically includes: - **Email:** List the email addresses of the recipients. - **Award Name:** Specify the name of the award to be granted. - **Award Message:** Craft a appreciative message for the recipients. - **Confirm date and time to Deliver.** Indicate the preferred delivery date and time (including timezone) for the awards to be delivered. - **Send Awards Privately Yes/No.** If awards are sent privately, then no activity feed will be generated.
