Zipline and Bucketlist Setup & User Guide

The Bucketlist integration for Zipline embeds your Bucketlist rewards dashboard directly inside the Zipline platform. Users can access their points, activities, and recognition without leaving Zipline.

Part 1: Admin Setup in Zipline

Note: The steps below outline the Zipline admin configuration. Detailed instructions for navigating the Zipline admin interface will be added here.

As a Zipline administrator, you will need to:

  1. Log in to your Zipline admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the integrations or app marketplace section and locate the Bucketlist integration.
  3. Add the integration to your dashboard.
  4. Add the Bucketlist integration URL: https://zipline-app.bucketlist.org)
  5. Configure the widget appearance:
    • Dimensions — choose the aspect ratio that fits your layout 
    • Position — choose where the widget appears on the dashboard (full dashboard, center panel, or sidebar).
    • Order — set the widget's position relative to other widgets (e.g., top, second, fourth).
  6. Select which stores should have the Bucketlist widget available to their users.
  7. Save your configuration.

Once saved, the Bucketlist widget will appear in the Zipline Field View for users in the selected stores.

Part 2: User Login

When a user opens the Zipline Field View on a store where Bucketlist has been enabled, they will see the Bucketlist widget with a login prompt.

Login steps

  1. Enter your company subdomain or Bucketlist URL. The first screen asks for your Bucketlist company subdomain:
    1. Your Bucketlist URL: https://acme.bucketlist.org
    2. Or just your company subdomain: acme
  2. Authenticate via Bucketlist. A Bucketlist login window opens. Enter your Bucketlist credentials (email and password, or SSO if your organization uses it).
  3. Authorization completes automatically. Once you authenticate, the login window closes and the Bucketlist widget loads in Zipline. You do not need to log in again as long as your session is active.
