Who to Contact: CSM or Bucketlist Support?

Reach Out to Bucketlist Support for:

  • Technical Issues: Problems accessing the platform, bugs, or error messages.
  • User Account Management: Troubles with login, password resets, or updating user details.
  • Reward Redemption Issues: Questions or concerns about gift cards or experiences.
  • Integrations and HRIS: Assistance with integration and HRIS errors or syncing data.
  • "How-To" Support: Help with navigating specific platform features (e.g., uploading a file, creating awards).
  • Marketplace items/company-specific items: Adding and removing marketplace items
  • Groups: Adding and removing groups to your platform
  • Rewards float funding: requesting invoices and funding instructions
  • Batch Awards
  • Urgent Platform Errors: Any issue that directly impacts your program's functionality.
