[Recognitions & Points](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/en/knowledge/recognitions-points?hsLang=en) # Points Panel, Nudges/Reminders, & Streaks ## This article describes the points panel, nudges/reminders, & Streaks sections that display on the right side of the activity feed. ### Points Panel The **points panel** displays your points left to give, when they expire, and how many of your points you have given in this time period. It also displays your redeemable points total, and allows easy access to redeem these points, by clicking "Browse Rewards".  This is located on the activity feed page and the redeem page.  ![](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-23-2026-03-56-05-0595-PM.png?width=441&height=362&name=image-png-Apr-23-2026-03-56-05-0595-PM.png) ### Nudges & Reminders Panel The **reminder panel** shows helpful "nudges" — quick prompts designed to encourage you to give and spend your points. Nudges are personalized, so you'll only see the ones that are actually relevant to you and your company. ##### Types of nudges ###### *Your points to give are expiring soon* ![SCR-20260910-nyov](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SCR-20260910-nyov.png?width=441&height=169&name=SCR-20260910-nyov.png) This nudge appears when you have points to give and less than 20% of your refresh period remaining. - If your points refresh weekly, this reminder starts showing on Thursdays. - If your points don't expire, you won't see this nudge at all. ###### *You haven't recognized anyone lately* ![](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-21-2026-03-05-05-0116-PM.png?width=392&height=158&name=image-png-Jul-21-2026-03-05-05-0116-PM.png) This nudge appears if you haven't sent a recognition or award submission in the last 7 days. It's a friendly reminder to celebrate a colleague before too much time goes by. ###### *It's been a while since you've redeemed any points* *![SCR-20260910-nydb](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SCR-20260910-nydb.png?width=438&height=177&name=SCR-20260910-nydb.png)*This nudge appears if you have not redeemed your points in the last 14 days, and have $20 worth in points to redeem. It is a friendly reminder to use your redeemable points in the "redeem" section of the platform.  ###### ***You're up to date- no reminders left*** ![](https://support.bucketlistrewards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-21-2026-03-09-49-8512-PM.png?width=450&height=157&name=image-png-Jul-21-2026-03-09-49-8512-PM.png) This will appear if you have no reminders and you are up to date!  ##### Nudges FAQs **Why don't I see certain nudges?** Nudges are shown based on what's applicable to you and your company. For example, if your points don't expire, you won't see the "points expiring soon" nudge. If your company doesn't offer redeemable points, related nudges won't appear either. You'll only ever see reminders that are relevant to your account. **Can I turn nudges off?** They're designed to only show up when relevant, so you should only see the ones that matter to you. If you need any assistance with nudges company-wide, please reach out to your admin, or Bucketlist Customer Success Manager or support@bucketlistrewards.com. **Why am I not seeing a nudge I expect?** Nudges depend on your specific point balance, refresh schedule, and recent activity. If something doesn't seem right, reach out to your admin, or support@bucketlistrewards.com **What counts toward "haven't recognized anyone lately"?** Both recognitions and award submissions count, so sending either will reset this reminder. ### Streaks Panel The streaks panel is displayed on the activity feed page by the reminder panel. Streaks are tasks to complete in a streak pattern/time-frame until completed. Once completed, confetti appears in the platform, and some companies will have an award set-up for completion!  ##### Types of Streaks ###### *Weekly Recognizer* If you give a recognition every week for 5 weeks, this streak will be met. The streak is reset if you miss a week. Once completed, whether inside the platform or through an integration, there will be a completion shown in the platform once logged in next.  You can dismiss or let this remove itself once the streak is completed.  ###### *Points Booster* If you add more points to each of 10 recognitions/awards in the activity feed through the + icon on the post or "boosting", this streak will be met. This counts every time you add more Points to a recognition or award.
