Points Panel, Nudges & Reminders

This article describes the points panel, nudges and reminders section that displays on the right side of the activity feed and redeem section. 

Points Panel

The points panel displays your points left to give, when they expire, and how many of your points you have given in this time period. It also displays your redeemable points total, and allows easy access to redeem these points, by clicking "Browse Rewards". 

Nudges & Reminders Panel

The reminder panel shows helpful "nudges" — quick prompts designed to encourage you to give and spend your points. Nudges are personalized, so you'll only see the ones that are actually relevant to you and your company.

Types of nudges

Your points to give are expiring soon

This nudge appears when you have points to give and less than 20% of your refresh period remaining.

  • If your points refresh weekly, this reminder starts showing on Thursdays.
  • If your points don't expire, you won't see this nudge at all.
You haven't recognized anyone lately

This nudge appears if you haven't sent a recognition or award submission in the last 7 days. It's a friendly reminder to celebrate a colleague before too much time goes by.

You're up to date- no reminders left

This will appear if you have no reminders and you are up to date! 

FAQs

Why don't I see certain nudges? Nudges are shown based on what's applicable to you and your company. For example, if your points don't expire, you won't see the "points expiring soon" nudge. If your company doesn't offer redeemable points, related nudges won't appear either. You'll only ever see reminders that are relevant to your account.

Can I turn nudges off? They're designed to only show up when relevant, so you should only see the ones that matter to you. If you need any assistance with nudges company-wide, please reach out to your admin, or Bucketlist Customer Success Manager or support@bucketlistrewards.com.

Why am I not seeing a nudge I expect? Nudges depend on your specific point balance, refresh schedule, and recent activity. If something doesn't seem right, reach out to your admin, or support@bucketlistrewards.com

What counts toward "haven't recognized anyone lately"? Both recognitions and award submissions count, so sending either will reset this reminder.
