How to remove a recognition

This article explains how to remove a recognition- whether it was duplicated or provided to the wrong recipient. 

If you need to remove a recognition provided, please reach out to Bucketlist support (support@bucketlistrewards.com) or your company admin, and provide the following information: 

  • A screenshot of the recognition to be removed
    • Alternatively- whom the recognition was given to, when it was provided, and the message in the recognition if possible to help identify the recognition. 
  • Reason for removing recognition

Please note the following: 

  • Removing a recognition will also remove any points provided to the recipient from their redeemable points bank, and return those points back to the sender's points to give bank (if points were involved)
  • For recognitions provided to the wrong recipient, we would only be able to remove the recognition and then have you redo the recognition to the correct recipient
  • Likes/comments on the wrong recognition can not be removed
