How to Distribute an Award

The following article describes how to hand out an award

Some companies allow certain Awards to be distributed by certain roles. If your role is set up to be able to distribute an Award, you'll see this Award option on the recognition screen on the activity feed.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Select a person that you want to give the Award to
  2. Add a description on why they are receiving the Award. Be specific with your description and note the criteria they met in order to quality for the Award.
  3. Select the Award that you want to give them from the Award drop down
  4. Click on 'Post'
