How to Add or Adjust an Employee’s Redeemable Points

This article goes over how to manually reward an employee points or update their point balance as an admin.

If you’d like to manually reward an employee or update their point balance, you can do this directly in the platform by following the steps below.

Steps to Update Redeemable Points:

  1. Click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the platform. 
    Select Members.

  2. Search for the employee by name or email.
  3. Click on the employee’s name to open their profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Redeemable Points.

5. Enter the new total points balance.

For example, if the employee currently has 500 points and you want to add 1,500 more, enter 2,000. You’ll see a note like (+1500) to confirm the adjustment.

6. Add a reason for the update. 
7. Click Save.  

 

Once saved, the updated points will reflect in the employee’s account and be available for giving points or redemption.
